Return and Refund Policy
Store Today offers exclusively digital products, including eBooks, PDF guides, tutorials, video lessons, and other downloadable or online materials. As no physical product is supplied, there is no item to ship back or physically return.
Digital Product Access
After payment confirmation, access to the purchased digital content is provided through the email address entered at checkout and/or through the customer account area.
If you experience difficulties receiving, downloading, or accessing your purchase, contact us at estudoscaso4@gmail.com. After verifying the order information, we will assist you or provide access again.
Product Images and Representations
Images, covers, mockups, device displays, printed book illustrations, packaging simulations, and other visual elements shown on storetoday.blog are provided for illustrative and representational purposes only.
These images help demonstrate the subject, format, or intended use of the digital content. They do not indicate that a printed book, physical package, storage device, or any other physical product will be delivered.
The purchased product consists only of the digital files, downloads, or online content described on the relevant product page. Colors, proportions, formatting, and visual presentation may vary depending on the customer’s device, screen, software, and display settings.
This section does not limit the customer’s rights if the digital product is materially different from its description or does not function as required under applicable law.
14 Day Refund Period
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To submit a request, email estudoscaso4@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief explanation of your request
Each request will be reviewed individually. Access or download records may be considered when assessing the request.
Because all products are supplied digitally, no physical return is required. If a refund is approved, access to the relevant digital content may be disabled, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After we process an approved refund, the time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at estudoscaso4@gmail.com.
European Union and United Kingdom Consumers
Consumers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days.
For digital content supplied immediately, this cancellation right may be lost once delivery or access begins, provided the customer expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the cancellation right.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
Exchanges
Digital products cannot be physically exchanged. If you received the wrong file or cannot access the purchased content, contact our support team so that the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
